Privatklinik Döbling plays a central role in medical care. With the new building and the associated modernization, it is setting the course for further development of the already high quality. It is also a successful example of how geothermal energy, photovoltaics and greening can be used to make buildings sustainable, especially in densely built-up urban areas. Specifically, state-of-the-art operating rooms with daylight are being built and the obstetrics ward is being made more spacious to create more room for parents and their newborns. Another focus - in response to strong patient demand - is on more rooms as single rooms and the design of new common areas to create appealing retreats with privacy for patients and visitors. Attractive working and recreation areas will be created for all employees. The new building will meet the "klimaaktiv Gold" building standard.
