Construction of two building sections in open construction.
In the western part of the building, there are 4 residential units on the first floor, each with approx. 65 sqm of living space. On top of this, two two-story cuboid structures are placed in such a way that they project slightly forward over the first floor. The two cuboids are internally accessed via the respective upper floor. Thus, each object functions as a maisonnette apartment in its own right. The roof terraces, which are separated by an elongated pool that is sandwiched between the two structures, are accessed via interior open spaces. The use in the eastern part of the building is divided into two areas: An automotive workshop on the first floor, including a customer area and warehouse. Above the automotive workshop, a rectangular, single-story structure cantilevers over the southwest corner. There is another residential unit with interior open space and access to the roof terrace.
