PAULY bar ristorante - a declaration of love to Italy
Guided by the gastronomic concept, the design ideas are borne by the firm will to once again place classical architecture with a convinced refusal of "alpine lifestyle frills" in the once fashionable holiday resort of Seefeld in Tyrol.
The design goal was to still be modern with the Pauly in 20 years. There was agreement on this with the restaurateurs. The interior is defined by a creative selection of beautiful furniture and lighting, along with great restraint and selected, muted colours. The colourful food and beverages provide the splash of colour. The interior becomes the stage, the glasses and plates are the actors.
The pub is divided into two areas: a communicative stand-up bar and a cosy restaurant area with 30 seats.
The Pauly offers almost exclusively products of Italian origin.

The design concept was strongly guided by a gastronomic concept that is based on selected quality products and authentic Italian cuisine. The interior becomes the stage, ceramics, glasses and dishes the actors. Design therefore is simple and straightforward.
PAULY stands in the very sophisitcated holiday region and Olympic resort Seefeld/Tyrol for a classic language of interior design, supposed to look even more modern 20 years later instead of claiming to be hip. LA VITA È BELLA at PAULY - let's get together for a tasty dinner and end the evening with a decent drink at the bar.
