KURO.MORI by Steffen Disch is the latest culinary project of the TV and star chef. Located in the heart of Freiburg and right next to the historic Markthalle, food and wine lovers can now indulge their passion in a very warm, relaxed and casual "understatement" interior design: "By combining trends & traditions, KURO.MORI is a hotspot for locals and visitors, young and old alike," says Disch. This is achieved through intelligent zoning of the floor plan as well as tactile materials such as untreated wood and high-quality fabrics. Core components are the open kitchen and the cool bar.
